Graphical design of website + implementation in wordpress + graphical design of application

We are a small start-up which needs both a website design and a corresponding application design. The website design need to be implemented in Wordpress. The website will be the communication towards costumers and initially we want to show what we can do. Attached to this document you find an early description of what we would like to put on the website. We need a website, but we also need an implementation of the design in wordpress. Target Group: The customers will be server specialists, developers, but also an IT manager, who wants a quick update on what is going on on the servers. The product: [login to view URL], here you find an idea about what we are doing. basically the customer downloads a file and install on ones server and thereby gets access to overview the activity on the server.
