Graphic design for sales material & Website

Please respond to the three projects outlined below with quotes, examples of your work and approximate timeline for completion. I want to update the graphic look and feel of the graphics for all of our company material: web site, direct mail, stationary, email brochures, etc. I would like to do this as three separate projects. 1. Graphic design foundation – look, feel, font that would be used as the design for all stationary, business cards, mailers, website etc. 2. Apply the Graphic design to each of the actual mailing pieces, power points, stationary , brochures, brochure design etc. – so that they all have a consistent look and feel 3. Web design that will use the graphic foundation design and serve as the website and to integrate the landing pages with the various specific market niches and marketing efforts Each of these projects will be independent, so whoever is selected for Project #1 is not necessarily going to be selected as a web developer. Each will be quoted as a separate project. I realize that the scope of project #2 and #3 are unclear at this point, so you can provide a bid as to how you would bid the project and examples of your work, but without more specifics it is hard to quote – if you can give an approximation of the costs or how fees would be charged, that would be helpful. Immediately I am focused on Project #1 to select someone for the graphic design project. The target audience for our services are very high end financial institutions and very wealthy individuals – male, millionaires, 50 – 80 years old self-made entrepreneurs - so the look and feel (both graphic and fonts and layout) needs to be clean, open, refined, sophisticated straightforward and bold with an institutional credibility. I have provided some examples of websites and graphic looks that I like in the URLs’ below. I want to keep the basic logo (I have had for 20 years) but it could be modernized a little but intend to keep the EPIC and the triangle since that is well established. PROJECT #1 – GRAPHIC LOOK AND FEEL UPDATE I would like examples of how this new design would look on letterhead, web page, mailers etc. I want to keep the name and the pyramid logo look, but could be modernized. [login to view URL] boring [login to view URL] what I hate is when it is not obvious how to scroll or open – I don’t like clever hidden tricks and buttons that the kids know how to open and us geezers can’t figure out…needs to be blind simple stupid to navigate [login to view URL] not to crazy about this site – too busy – lacks elegance [login to view URL] this scroll down format to get to key info is easy to navigate but ugly colors/design PROJECT #2 - MATERIALS LAYOUTS AND DESIGN Once we have decided on the ‘look and feel’ of project #1, I would like to apply that look and feel to the various actual pieces that we use in marketing: Power point format, emails (signature), letterhead, brochure pieces: see below for examples of these In the attachments above, are examples of the current brochures and mailers and misc. materials that we send out – as you can see, the look and feel is not consistent and this is the purpose of Project 1, project 2 and Project 3. PROJECT #3 – WEBSITE DESIGN AND RE-DO – we will get into this after the other two are completed –
