Apply texture to Vector Image

I have a few ai vector image files. I would like to apply texture/filter to the certain layers drawings to give the image a real life look , with the ability to apply any color overlaying the texture/filter. What I've done is taking a high-res picture of the texture to be converted to texture in Illustrator and applied to image. The resulting svg file has to include filter (base64 encode). I need an expert to complete the Quick task. A pro can do this in less than an hour. I've enclosed 2 texture files, a sample vector drawing and picture of live sample. Whomever can get create a sample of the output, as real as the live sample image in several colors, wins the contract.
