2D Balloon artwork

1. Make balloon shape as per the shape of balloons in attached image balloon shape.jpg. Total 7 balloons colour variations and 3 balloons with minor graphic variations have to be made for this project. Details ahead. 2. Make a small string attached to the balloon as per the string shown in attached image balloon [login to view URL] Balloon string has to be very small as per the attached image and black in colour. All balloons to have this string only. 3. Size of the balloon has to be 250px. X 250px. 4. Colour Key that has to be used for the primary colour of the balloons : 1) Green - #159640 2) Red - rgb(204,36,36) 3) Yellow - rgb(252,235,5) 4) Blue - #5b93f3 5) Purple - rgb(115,56,158) 6) Orange - rgb(239,137,21) 7) greyish white transparent/translucent balloon (see attached image [login to view URL] for colour reference ) - [ ] Important - In all the colours you have to give shading in the balloons as per shading in balloons in image [login to view URL] 5. Special symbols which have to be put in the greyish white balloon are:(each symbol will come separately in the balloon ) (1) ice cream cone only - same as the one on top of the ice cream truck (see attached image [login to view URL]) (2) police car light - same a the one on the police car but animate the same so its blinking with red and blue colours as a real police car . (3) balloon wearing a school bag - it should look like the balloon is wearing school bag , bag has to be exactly same as attached image .(see attached image [login to view URL]) 6. Files will be required in adobe illustrator and png files… 7. Two milestones will be created - first will be paid on showing initial artworks which have to be approved by us and second milestone will be paid on completion of work as per our requirements and submission of work in required file formats(see point no.6)
