Build an Article Writing Website

Hi All, I want an 'Article Writing Website' and some details are- >User can read articles without login. >After reading an article user gets points and after login, can add in profile. >User can comment on article by name if logged in and as a guest if not logged in. and can also give rating(like /unlike) to article >User can write article after login. and get points as a writer, based on like and dislikes or star rating. >After writing aticle, it will be showed on website after verification from admin. >There should be two profile for a single user - writer profile and reader profile in a same page. Both will have summary of user activities as reader and writer and also points earned.
