Build a Website

I am looking for an experienced team that can help build a server and develop a website with extremely custom materials and software's. The website will need to be able to house electronic textbooks, with smart software that can recognize which textbooks should load to each individual profile. Students should be able to highlight, take notes, and "pin," on the actual textbook, but all printing features must be locked. If a student attempts to print, I need to be alerted. This site should also have a custom built audio recorder to record and save lectures right from their profile. The site should also have a custom built academic calendar where members of my team can update their schedules and load in their information, in accordance with their syllabi. This feature is one of the most important and needs to be one of the best assets of the site. Below this, we should see recommended study guides that have been built by our company. These should also be smart populated and should be print disabled. For a $1.00 charge, students should be able to print these forms, but, should be prompted with a window that says, "Are you sure you NEED to print this? Think of the trees!" Finally, there should be embedded YouTube videos and also a supply rental store, that doesn't charge students additionally. The store is very important on HOW it is set up.
