Build a Website

I would like to do this project by taking an existing Twitter clone type of site or any existing script and editing it to work the way I need by taking out features and adding in others. This site should not be built from scratch because that will take to long and be to expensive. I am looking for a Twitter like site but not so much for social media. This will be a unique escort classifieds website. The website will start off 100% free and based in Toronto, Canada. Eventually we will add more cities into the mix but for now it will start in only Toronto. The escorts will be able to post a classified to the site that will show up in a Twitter like feed. Showing the latest post on the site at the top. In the feed the post will show a thumbnail preview if a picture was included in the post along with the headline. The escorts can also make a profile so that their classifieds are linked back to a Twitter like profile page. The profile page will show all their posts. It will also have more personal information displayed about them. Regular users on the site will not be able comment or anything on escort posts. Unlike in Twitter the normal user on the site can only view the classifieds and the escorts profiles. I will also need a search option where the user can search for escorts by age/sex/breast size/height/ethnicity/*eventually city Like I said posting classifieds on the will start off 100% free at first. Eventually we will charge for it though so we will need that option either in the system already but disabled, or put in at a later date.
