Build a Website

I am looking for someone who knows optimised press, I don't want anyone just to try and work with this theme, they must have experience in creating a flow of courses inside of the optimised press theme and the optimised press membership plugin. The pages are already created, I just need someone to make them flow from the student login - the course library - the course - the modules of that course... and create the headers on each page to look professional... on each of the pages there must be a menu, so the students can find their way back to the home library...
