Build a Website for LabVIEW data acquisition and analysis consultant

I need a web site for my consulting business. It doesn't have to be very fancy; it just needs to emphasize that I am a Certified LabVIEW Developer with skills in hardware design and data acquisition and analysis. To save you the trouble of clicking through multiple links on the NI web site, here are most of the New Mexico companies (where I am located): <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> which is almost the same as <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Although I don't care much for the site, the VI Controls one is the closest to what I am looking for. One major difference is that I won't be selling anything other than my services. I don't want any Flash and minimal javascript. I don't need any analytics. I will provide my own hosting. Key things I want are basically a list of my skills, my resume, and a description of some of projects I've worked on. I have the knowledge to add information to an existing web site; I don't have the skills to make a decent-looking web site.
