Build A Website Stage 1 (front end pages)

Project Description We are an estate agency business operating in Finland and currently specializing in rental properties but seeking to move into property sales. We have secured a domain and now require a website. We consider there are various stages to this project which are: 1. Stage 1 - Front end development This stage is for the sales funnel to convert web users into registering for the service. We have prepared drawings of how the first few pages will look which consist of: 1. Home page 2. Sell a property page 3. Fees page 4. Contact page 5. About page 6. Review page 7. Blog page 8. Registration page 1 including CAPTCHA 9. Registration page 2 – email verification page 10. Login page Images will be supplied. Some simple graphic design will be required as shown on the prepared drawings. Type script will be specified Colours will be specified This front end should be as similar to [login to view URL] as is possible but with different text, images and typescript. 2. Stage 2 – Linking with a management system This management system will be linked with the front end section of the website. This management system include features such as • Interactive forms which are completed by the estate agent/customer • The information is used to load a property up into a portal. • Other document include the offer, the contract, etc • Secure email 3. Stage 3 – the middle section of the website This will include the following pages: 1. Dashboard a. Dashboard page b. Package Page c. Sale Property page d. Upload page e. Viewings page f. Offers page g. Sale Contract page h. Completion page 2. Packages 3. Inbox 4. Options 5. Advice 4. Stage 4 – Translation The website will operate in Finnish. Finnish translations will be provided to substitute the English language. 5. Stage 5 – Add-ons The stage 3 page will need add-ons. Set out are a few examples: An interactive calendar for viewings will be required to allow sellers to set out when viewings will be convenient and prospective buyers to book a viewing online 24/7. An e-commerce payment system might be required. Interactive forms will be required to match the management system forms. Data will be transferred from our documents and loaded into the management system. 6. Stage 6 – On going support Once the website is up and running, ongoing support will be required. 7. General The stage 1 is required quickly but the following stages are not so time critical. You must have good English language skills as well as the relevant web development skills. If stage 1 is successful, in that it is delivered on time, on budget and to specification, that individual will have a huge advantage when bidding for the following stages and pricing will be set against performance.
