Create editable document from template

Our team is releasing a new product. The document included is the document we need remade into an editable doc for our team to use internally. Looking for all sections of this doc to be "un grouped" text blocks, images and sections This document needs to be laid out same as the example doc included Please look at the doc and INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL WHAT FORMAT DOC YOU THINK WILL BE BEST TO DELIVER THE COMPLETE EDITED DOCUMENT we are open to suggestions on the format to be accepted as the delivered final product Please include how you will deliver the editale file If you have questions, please contact me directly via messenger This project requires good communication.
