Create new footer and make other changes to website

Hello We have a website script made from [login to view URL] and wanted some changes making to this design, here is there demo site [login to view URL] now our script is just the same as this and i am looking for following changes to be made below. 1, Design a new responsive footer 2, When you mouse over main categories on home page on our site [login to view URL] you get another drop down menu which shows the subcategories, we want to restrict the amount of subcategories that these main menu's shows to say 10 then add a More link which will send you to the main categories showing all of them. 3, Fix a design error on order page where icons don't line up (see attached image) 4, Adjust and upload our logo to fit correctly in the header, logo psd file will be provided for making changes. Please do not bid if your not a designer/developer or if you intend on asking for funds upfront because you will be declined. Regards
