Create Simple Report Cover

I am looking for someone to create a professional looking report cover. Here is a sample of what I am looking for: [login to view URL] If you believe the image can have the following alterations without being significantly distorted(i.e you cannot tell the difference), let me know and I can get the image for you: 1)The backpack must be removed from the right girl 2)The right girl's jacket needs to look more like the one worn by the left girl. (You will have to provide proof that you have done similar alterations in the past) Alternatively, a (non childish-looking) sketch of two girls (blonde and brunette) looking over a cliff. It could be similar to the photo with the aforementioned modifications. There must be snow in the scene and the color palette must be similar to the one used in the photo. Our perspective should be similar(i.e looking at their backs) but could also be from a higher vantage point(i.e looking at them from a distance above & behind them) #1- I need the finished cover as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square image #2- I need you to give me the cover in three different sizes; a- One needs to be 2100 X 2800 pixels b- One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels and c- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size. a must be saved in the highest quality possible (PNG or other) b and c must be saved as JPG images. #3- I will give you the text content that should be placed on the cover, i.e. Title, Author’s Name, etc. #4- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the rights to the finished cover. Therefore you must be willing to sign a contract stating this. If you have created covers in the past please show me examples of your work. I will likely need your services again in the near future for more covers.
