Creativ Designer for index Static page layout

Hello, I am looking for a creativ designer to design the home page of my shop Looking for real creation work. No CMS, not templates websites. Real creation work needed The page to redesign is [[login to view URL]][1] index I look to do a welcome page looking like a **Hangar** Must not be looking too serious Must not be looking too shiny Ideally need people working with Photoshop / illustrator / flash If you use another soft, please tell me It will be not a full flash page, unless if you provide sure coding to make it dynamic and easy to udpate. I will have queries from main database to the index page (example: forum last message, last news, new video added, etc...) For sizes please check attached file. Theme that can be used: Cartoon theme can be used Junkyard or Underground theme can be used Electro Theme can be used only with limited effects (watch the lightning of our logo) Or a mix of all these. Lazers or such things to avoid. I only need the base design but, it must be thinken to be used with dynamic content: There will be a second page also: For the link: "Hangar Aero-tech" When clicking this link we will enter deeper in the hangar to watch which Rc-airplanes are available for customer to test (physically - in real life). It is a second page design showing pictures (flash can be used to switch from plane-1 to plane-2 and show short text) Ok these are the general lines Be kind and dont send me generic links showing your various CMS templates.
