design minimalist powerpoint presentation for training

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a minimalist PowerPoint presentation to deliver classroom training (it will also be printed in manual form because my organization still requires this). My audience are professional adults. I have a sample of 20 slides showing the content, which I would ask to be turned into a clean and consistent presentation. In my presentations, content is all-important. The slide must not detract in any way from the classroom conversation. Therefore, I do not want any gratuitous design elements at all. My preference is for a plain white background. The design must simply present the content as clearly as possible. Unfortunately, my subject (writing skills) is a rather "texty" one, and there aren't many opportunities to use graphics. If graphics can be added that are relevant and meaningful, that's wonderful. But I don't want any gratuitous graphics. At the moment, the slides have a plain white background. I've tried many options, but this plain white background is what works best, and I want to keep it. (I mention this because a client who wants a "plain white background" is probably a nightmare client for some designers). The things that do need special attention are these: *A good choice of fonts for headings and text: must be as readable as possible *A good position for the slide heading. These headings are usually important because they help reinforce the key point. At the moment, they use caps, but I'm not sure that's the best. Note they should be sentence case, not title case. *More consistent and effective layout for the content wherever possible. * A good position for the slide number. It needs to be there (I've learned from experience that it helps learners as they match the manual to the slides). It should be readable but as unobtrusive as possible. Skills and experience required for this project include: - Proficiency in graphic design and PowerPoint - Strong understanding of minimalist design principles and willingness to apply them - Ability to create visually appealing and engaging slides (within the constraints of no eye candy) - Attention to detail in layout and typography - Sensitivity to the content to determine how information needs to be presented visually to keep the meaning of the information The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating their expertise in creating PowerPoint templates and a strong understanding of educational presentation needs.
