Design a Ad page - open to bidding

Hello, Currently I am looking to create something like a small interactive map to clearly illustrate all our product areas and their interconnections. I am looking for something a bit playful, original , yet simple to upload to the website and if possible also to be printed on e.g. A4 or A3. A few flashs, e.g. when you click on an item and then an animal walks around or a speakingbubble comes up more clearly introducing the products would be nice. Could you let me know if you have done something similar before, how long it would normally take , maybe show me some samples and let me know average pricing? Thanks Jutta
