Edit EPS Graph with New Content

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to edit an EPS graph by adding new labels, captions and icons based on specific instructions. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with EPS files and be proficient in graphic design software. The project involves the following requirements: Change out the current list of 8 labels, add the short captions and swap out the icons with the following. 1. Web Design, We build websites that convert (computer icon) 2. Content Writing, We write content that connects (pen icon) 3. SEO / Blogging, Get found in search results (magnifying glass w/ SEO icon) 4. Email Newsletters, Stay connected and nurture clients (envelope icon) 5. Social Media Management, Increase awareness and engagement (heart, thumbs up, comment bubble, etc. icon) 6. Reputation & Reviews, Collect more 5-star Google reviews (star icon) 7. Video Coaching, Show up in video like a rockstar (video / recording icon) 8. Hosting & Support, Blazing fast hosting and updates (server icon) Also, remove the background completely from the outside. Remove the words from the inside of the circle and add the Bright Tribe logo. Font: Use Montserrat (Bold or Extra Bold) for the label and Poppins (Normal) for the caption. Keep the numbers as is and swap out the icon to something that matches. DELIVERABLES: 1. PSD file with layers 2.
