Finalize logo for entrepreneur's group

I am looking for a talented freelancer to finalize the logo for my group. The logo design is already almost finalized, and I would like it to have the primary colors of red, blue and white. I would prefer if my logo did not include any specific symbols or icons. Attached is a sample of the graphic we created. The final is based on the top version where the first letter is angled. The word will be presented with the first letter capitalized and the rest lower case. We would like see a few versions in similar fonts. The first letter should be the same font, width and depth as the other characters, but at an angle as shown. The first letter will be detached as shown with the left side being red, the top right bar being white, and the second bar being blue. The rest of the characters will be the same blue. The red, white, blue of the first letter should convey on black, white and transparent backgrounds. We also want a favicon created based on the first letter. The final product should include: - full color wordmark on white, black, and transparent backgrounds. This is the primary logo. - favicon in color on white, black, and transparent backgrounds - logo and favicon in white, black, and grayscale versions on transparent background - a full color logo on white, black, and transparent backgrounds where all letters are filled with elements of the American flag - a full color logo on white, black, and transparent backgrounds where all letters are filled with current USMC basic camouflage pattern - versions of all logos in JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI and PDF formats
