iTeach Fellowship is a social enterprise running a one-year teaching fellowship that shapes the careers of new trained teachers ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], TTC) by offering quality training, rewards and recognition (R&R), hands-on experience & placements in Affordable Private Schools (APS- low income English medium private schools) currently in Pune, Maharashatra, India. Our theory of change is built upon serving the APS within the teacher space by recruiting, coaching and retaining high-potential new trained teachers. We believe that through better and happier teachers we can create better and happier students ultimately resulting in a better and happier nation. Our goal is to be a self-sustainable organization to be looked by APS and new trained teachers as a partner is their holistic development. As a part of our expansion plan, we need to reach-out and invest other stakeholders (like Schools, Teachers, Funders etc.) in the eco-system. For this, we wish to publish a report of our progress and journey from 2015 till date. This report will cover the various aspects of problems we are trying to solve, solutions, challenges, achievements etc. and need a creative person who can capture and present all of this aesthetically. The goal/outcome expected is that by reading this report any layman would be able to understand our concept and idea and also feel confident to partner with us.
