I am looking for a HTML5 responsive banner that is animated, and is fully compliant with google ads and built in Google web designer ([login to view URL]) The banner itself will be a Leaderboard: 728 x 90 size, and it will replicate the look of real software running. (please visit this page to download the software so you can see it running [login to view URL] - It is available to download free on a 10-day trial) Once you have downloaded the software and see it running, you will understand. We are looking for the banner to look like a real version of this software running, but as a banner. As always, I give preference to someone who can provide a mock-up demo so that they prove their skills. Once I have selected the freelancer, I will tell them the exact text we wish to display on the banner. Please remember, the banner must be fully compliant with google ads terms, so please check them carefully.
