Laptop company website

We need a website design for a company which sells laptops in Tanzania. This is not an ecommerce site and no online sale will be conducted on it. However the site will list the stocks of laptops currently available so we should have a back end to easily manage/update that page. The site main pages -Home page -Available Stocks -Corporate -Resellers -Premium Laptops -Support -How to Buy -About Us -Contact Us One the home page we should be able to insert/update New Arrivals. The available stocks is the main page of the site where we will list the products currently on stock. The format will be available to [login to view URL] (without the search options). The categories include the model with photo, reference number, condition, description, available quantity, unit price and a button to inquire. Clicking the button will take the user to a contact form with the reference number, where he can input his name, telephone, email and submit for our sales representatives to contact them back. We need to be able to manage the listing of laptops through a back end system dynamically. The premium laptops is for custom orders there will be a list of laptops available for order and this will also take to the contact form for inquiry. Other pages are basically static pages. We may add some pages later on as we start working on the project. Main requirements -This website is for a technology focused company so it should reflect that -Responsive website that display well on all devices and browsers -CSS-based with a single footer file for easy update -Design of the main logo (based on dar laptops dot com) -Sliding header with 4 slides (we can provide the pictures) -SEO friendly with the ability to update meta tags for each page Our budget for this project is USD400, if you have done similar websites please provide this in your bid as this will be a determining factor in the selection (we have no time to go through generic portfolios)
