MMA clothing Line - Require and amazing graphics designer

Hi, Thanks for viewing my post. I am looking for a clothing graphics designer for MMA clothing line. I am looking to start with MMA shorts and tee's, gloves (boxing and MMA) and Shin Pads. I require an amazing designer, some who will look at the current market leaders and produce designs which can beat them. Like everything 'Looks are everything'. These design must good. My logo should be created this weekend. The colours for that are White and Red (maybe a little black). With regards to ideas, I have non, I need some to reacher the market. I can send pictures of designs I like. Again, this is a blank paper and I require someone to create something amazing. I would like an symbol which will be be on all products.
