Monthly/Seasonal Floor Ad Packs

Hello everyone, my place of business is looking for a graphic designer who can help us with our monthly floor advertising packs. What we are looking for is a graphic set of ads in 1920x1080, 1080x1920, 1200x1200 and a monthly 30-second themed with each pack. Examples of our packs so far this year have been January: Winter, February: Valentine's Day, March: St. Patrick's Day, April: Spring/Easter, May: Memorial Day As we go furthur into the year we have the other themes that we will need. I have uploaded a few examples below. We are looking for a developer who may already have a lot of themes already built we can pick from and then pay to build our ads out based our monthly needs. What would be required every month is: 1920x1080: 4 ADS SAME BACKGROUND 1080x1920: 4 ADS SAME BACKGROUND 1920x1080: 1 WINNER PSD THAT HAS A MATCHING THEME, BUT DIFFERENT BACKGROUND WHERE WEEKLY WINNER PICS CAN BE PUT IN BY US 30 SECOND MPEG 4 VIDEO FOR NEW WINNERS MATCHING THEME: 1 We would need the PSD, AI, AE & other master files as well as all master files in case we need edit files our end monthly. Also not looking to spend money developing the themes, hoping to find someone who has themes we can use and who can show us multiple examples. We then select what we like and go from there.
