Need a person to assist me with Git and Github

Hy everyone! I need a developer who know git and github very well and also to know the framework Codeigniter, and Bootstrap.. I’m new to git and github – I understand only the basic actions like commits, push,pull, - only staff I learned from tutorials on YouTube. But I can not be sure of actions that I want to take – I need a person to assist me.. Requirements: - I have hosted my site on github with “gh-pages” branch but it show me only the default github page not my [login to view URL] page. I want to change this default page with my real page. - I have a big project and I want to be able to give different developers different parts of the project. I’m thinking to do this using many branches and give password access to each developer separately. I'm not sure which is the proper way to do this. - Other requirements on the go, -> using Skype. I want to pay you by hour – cause this project is not very specific and I’m not exactly sure how it will evolve. Thanks in advance! Wish you a great day!
