I need some graphic design

I need dashboard for client and company design. I provide with login so you can see what it look like for now. I provide you with a design that I use already for my form so you can see the style I like. will pay 45$ each design. If I like what you do will have more to design. will provide more input about what need to be add to the dashboard that is not right now. You will see in the left me insurance quote, when you develop the menu you will see car quote, home, boat etc ... clic on car you will see the tab related to the quote. Has you can see it's really boring with no life. Your menu will go to the left, but I need a great dashboard for the client. I thought to use an icon for each quote, when he clic on it we transfert them into the second page you see. But I need two other thing into the design. I need icon for the visual. I need a place where the client could see how much he have save with is insurance. I need a question mark that when we clic on it will start a video to explain how it work. You are free to do has you please. I just need your magic the same has for the form please. For the form I choose the design 2 for all box, I like it a lot. Thanks to let me know what you can do.
