I need some Graphic Design

Hi freelancers, I am using Deconetwork to start my customized product business. Their platform provides custom HTML and CSS for users to SKIN their websites. You do not need to do any programming on functionality. All you have to do is to turn their default template into a fully responsive one. P.S. Pages with online designers need not be responsive but need to match the overall feel of the website(need your help to change the gradient buttons into nice flat ones.) I will provide a login to our backend system for you to amend the HTML and CSS Requirements: `All pages Fully Responsive(except designer page) `Styling with css with no styling in HTML code `All pages Full Width website(Header, Banner,Body,Footer all full width): `Do not use full URL for website images instead use directory like /img/product/ ' I need products that I have selected to display on the website (products are already displayed) I need them put into categories for example: Performance T-shirts , 100% Cotton T-shirts , 50/50 T-shirts , etc... I also need pricing table already in place on Deconetworks configured properly for screen printing , embroidery, heat press, and sublimation print services (I will provide the pricing tiers all you have to do is enter prices supplied onto the pricing tables and make sure that the system is quoting correctly). `All pages that display Products/Designs need to be displayed in the following way: 300*300px or 200*200px square image with Product Name appear over the image on hover. `Floating Header fixed on top of browser: Logo | Search Icon(show search text box on hover | Shop(Drop down on hover) | Designs(Drop down on hover) | Create Your Own(Drop down on hover) | Contact(Drop down on hover) | Login | Cart Icon(item + amt) Drop Down for Shop: Product Cat lvl 1 + Product Cat lvl 2 Drop Down for Designs: Categories Drop Down for Create Your Own: Product Cat lvl 1 + Product lvl 2 Drop Down for Contact: Contact + FAQ + Order Status + About `Thin Notification in HTML for notice for coupons (I will change in HTML if needed in the future) ALSO social media icons align to the right `Footer General Styling to fit overall feel `Home page big html slide banner featured products section(I will configure from deconetwork) products on sale section(I will configure from deconetwork) Featured Design section(I will configure from deconetwork) Start Creating - Steps / link to customize product page Custom Text Area for SEO A decent size space on Home page to display testimonials `Online Designer This default designer Deconetworks offers is quite nice. But I hate gradient buttons. Please advise if this images can be removed. `Shop page `Design page `Create Your Own page Other pages require some general styling to fit overall feel. I have put in as much requirement as possible to make your quotation easier. There may appear to be a lot of requirements and that is because my explanation is very detailed. PLEASE make sure you know what you are doing before bidding on this project. I have a one week or less deadline set to complete this project. In addition, I am very particular about websites as an online business owner. I wish to find someone who is really good for future projects as well. And possibly SEO services.
