Hi we are going to start a marketplace website like eBay and amazon in uk . we are struggling in payments solution. eBay have Paypal and we have discuss with Paypal they said they can not allow us same functionality which they are providing eBay. Because we want to offer Money back guarantee to our customer for that we need full control over payments system . Now we have decided to go with second options Amazon using on their site for seller . they user bank account and virtual wallet for seller schedule transfer seller money to seller bank account only available and if buyer have open case that he did not receive the item they deduct those item money form seller virtual wallet and only on next schedule the available money will transfer to seller bank account . so we need some one who can create this kind of environments for us with any payment provider we do not care . i have suggestions for stripe payments .
