Photoshop displacement map

The following is a detailed description of what I've done so far, and what I need: I took an actual picture of a profile shot of a guys head (from the side) I need someone to use a depth map / displacement map tool to create an effect that makes it look like the guy is turn his head slightly toward the camera, and then slightly away. It only needs to be a very slight turn. This would require a displacement map on an actual photo, and furthermore, since it's a cutout profile shot, the right edge of the layer is the guy's nose, lips and face. These would need detailed shading on the depth map layer to make the fine edge details appear to turn. Again, it only needs a very slight turn but it needs to appear like he is turning away, and then turning toward the camera. So two new layers would need to be produced in total.
