Portfolio Website Design

I'm in need of a skilled web designer to create a portfolio website for me. I have an existing website that I am looking to create a fresh, creative, professional, easy to navigate, load quick and informative site. The person who is awarded this project must have great communication skills, in the sense that when I provide feedback, you understand and integrate my comments. Or be able to tell me why my comments are not a good idea. We are based in the USA and on Eastern Standard Time. Company or person awarded this project MUST be willing to working on our time schedule, during our hours, so not to delay the project due to any possible time difference. You must not only be able to create a website, you must be creative. Have an eye for design. Here are some details: 1) NO COOKIE CUTTER website. Want to stand out. Want someone to say, WOW, when they open it. 2) Looking for creative, out-of-the-box thinkers. Needs a current, fresh, new look. 3) Would like a "behind the scenes" control/access panel that I will be able to easily navigate and update myself as needed (photos, text, etc) 4) Will include dozens of photos 5) Use existing color scheme. Majority of our colors are a sunflower yellow, black and white. 6) MUST have an amazing photo gallery. Lots of photos/videos. I will give you photos to use (unless you can copy them from existing website. EVERYTHING else YOU will need to get from existing website. If you are awarded this project and your first rendering looks anything like the current website, I will cancel the project and you will forfeit any initial milestones. I'm looking for something NEW, FRESH, CREATIVE and DIFFERENT. If I wanted it to look the same, I would have kept it the way it is. I do not release final milestone, until I have final files in my hand and my IT uploads then and everything is ok. There are ZERO exceptions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do NOT bid. Once project is complete, I would require ALL files, codes, access, passwords, etc and would be required to provide us the file and whatever else is needed (plug-ins, etc) so we can upload to our host I need a site that effectively and beautifully showcases my work.
