Project Description: Hi, i need an experienced Freelancer to create a site similar to the reference site below inclusive of redesigning the layout of the existing site. Includes both frontend and registered user interfaces with backend management console : Reference site : [login to view URL] Milestones Agreements : - Milestone for 10% created. Stage 1 : Features & Workflow breakdown of existing reference site Stage 2 : Decide which existing features to take out Stage 3 : Provide new Design, Layout and User Interface for Frontend, Registered Interface and Backend Management Console (to include 1st and 2nd design/layout revisions) - Milestone for 10% released. - Milestone for 20% created. Stage 4 : Start of Actual Programming + Upload to freelancer's demo server for testing (to include 2 feedback and changes) - Milestone for 20% released. - Milestone for 50% created. Stage 5 : Upload to our actual server + UAT - Milestone for 50% released. - Milestone for 20% created. Stage 6 : Provide technical writeup of entire project - Milestone for 20% released. Note : 1) We do not need some features for this reference site. In order to lessen your load of programming the new site, we will discuss which complex features to be taken out during Stage 2. 2) This budget is fixed at US$1200. Please do not bid if you are not able to fulfill. 3) A brief sample for Milestone Stage 1 has been provided for your reference, but you will need to build out a detailed and completed list of features and how they link to each other for Stage 1. 4) Please bid if you have the skills to complete all the milestones listed above for the stated reference site.
