A subscription website

Dear designer/coder, We want to develop a website where customer can opt in for a subscription for a product. Every month they will receive 1 or two products that they choose from the website for a fixed amount per month. They can expand the subscription by taking on more products or SERVICES. So the website should be able to offer products as well as deliver services like a subscription key for a software. The website should be focused on mobile devices. So it should work perfectly on android as well as iphones. The products and services we are offering are more tailord to younger people and they nowadays use more mobile phone for buying than their pc. Nevertheles the pc website should also work flawless. We should be able to upload products and services through backoffice. There we should be able to admin user, products, process payments, block users, enable certain payment methods. Also it is very important that we can import and export the products, orders(update the orders in bulk), customers and subscription keys for our services. The customers should be able to see their orders, their past history, put questions to us and an automatic ticket will be generated which we can address, add more products or services to their exisisting subscription. Also they should be able to cancel their subscription. There must be a facebook window with the likes of previouse customers and customers should be able to like our page as well through that window. For the payment method we will use a payment processing company and your job is to implement the code onto the website. The website should be SEO and google friendly.
