Video / motion infographic - open to bidding

Hi there, I am doing some lecturing at a university and part of the lecture includes 6 minutes on the background to Australian Government / Constitution. The text and recording is attached - it is rather dry and boring, so rather than doing a standard power point, I was hoping to do something more interesting. Perhaps some motion graphics / info graphics or some other more eye catching way to present the information. It needs to be packaged up with the audio and visual together so that it can be played in class. I am doing it as a guest lecturer (IE for free!) so I am only interested if I can keep costs low.
