Vue.js Application UI Modernization

We have a Vue.js application that has been functioning well in production, handling tasks such as sending emails, MMS, SMS, and robo-calls. We are now seeking to completely modernize its design to enhance its visual appeal and align it with the theming of our parent application. The project involves redesigning the UI/UX without modifying the underlying functionality. The application features a five-step process that includes selecting the communication type (e.g., email), file uploading, utilizing a third-party email designer, scheduling, and a final review. All these components currently exist; we're solely focused on improving the design. We require a new design and, if possible, a structure recommendation (we currently use Vuetify, but are open to other frameworks). The new design must integrate seamlessly into our existing parent platform. We will only consider designers who can provide a portfolio of their work, with a preference for those based in the US. I'm looking for a talented UI/UX designer who can modernize the visual design and user interface of an existing Vue.js application. The goal is to improve the overall look and feel, while maintaining a clean and minimalist design.
