IMPORTANT: In order to be considered for this project you will need to message me with what plugin you will use and what code you will use for the IP Address language change. A article describing it will be fine. I just need to know that you know how to do it. If you have done it before then a link to the site will be fine. Have a WP site that was not completed by another freelancer. The site is [login to view URL], it was supposed to look similar to this site [login to view URL] with some small additions. Furthermore the site is also to have a language plugin that changes the language. More importantly, the site needs to read the IP Address and change the language accordingly to the IP Address. You will need to implement this code and finish the site.
