Website Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Website Graphics Designer & UX candidate that posses the skills and knowledge to create exciting artwork for our digital online media company. This position works directly with the Creative Team at our company. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of designs and creative goals is a must. Length of employment: 5-Months, with an option to extend based on performance Responsibilities: Design digital artwork for a range of applications including web ads, social media, digital outdoor, mobile and video Maintain our responsive Wordpress website that work across desktop, mobile and tablet Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact and many projects at once Be a responsible, self-starter that’s eager to contribute and learn more to help to the team Requirements: Experience in graphic design or acceptable years of work experience A portfolio showcasing a range of work Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc…) Experience with front-end Wordpress (specifically Twitter Bootstrap) HTML/CSS experience Understanding and ability to communicate efficiently with printers and other vendors Strong communication skills Ability to take direction and productive criticism and maintain a positive attitude Attention to detail Ability to shoot and/or edit photography and video is a bonus
