MVP Prototype Data Dashboard Webapp

A secure website for managing, editing and viewing data objects and associated data performance as created by the user. The site must have:
 Authentication layer for security purposes. Offering Registration & Sign Up facilities. Robust Data manipulation and management through Front-end UI controls and backend logic Dashboard for viewing datasets through a Timeline principle (by Day/Week/Month/Year etc) and showing average data points in text and showing object details on a map Adding, Editing and Deleting Data Objects by the user. Email notification mechanism that is tied to a proprietary piece of logic to be discussed in detail with the winning bidder Simple User Profile Management The site must be mobile friendly, adapting when needed to any mobile, tablet and desktop environment. The core of the website must be around Data manipulation and Data presentation through the Dashboard. This is fundamentally about monitoring and managing the performance of the data objects. As this is an MVP, we can accommodate certain suggestions in order to fine-tune our requirements and get something built sooner rather than later.
