Maps App call on Mobile Phone

Hello, I want you to create a hyperlink/code that I can use in my WordPress installation. This will be used for calling Google Maps on mobile phones (both Android and iOS devices). At the moment, the hyperlink I have for Google Maps works perfectly, yet: On a computer, it calls a web browser and opens [login to view URL] On mobile phones (Android or iOS), it calls the browser and loads [login to view URL] I want the link to call the mobile phone's map application (either Google Maps App, or the Apple Maps App). The reason I want this is because from inside the map application, the user can then use the "directions" functionality on his phone... something [login to view URL] does not provide.
