Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, **Read through the project description before you bid please!** I want to re-launch my current coming soon page and give it a new design to provide more information to visitors. I do not know what template would work best for the points i am going to make below but i will need you to pick top 3 that you think will work and then I will pick one. [login to view URL] The templates need to be responsive acrosss the channels like web, mobile and tablet as well as being able to load fast or tweak it to load nearly as fast a a pure HTML5 template. The template also needs to be Parralax! Now down to the design: 1. the first page of this design will be the get updates page where there will either be an image or a video playing in the background and then an email sign up form for visitors to sign up for updates. I am currently using Aweber for my email sign ups. 2. This will be a brief About Us segment. 3. Seller Information- i want to design something like this; [login to view URL] Ofcourse not all the same but i would like to take componenets and make the seller information segment to have this type of information. I will provide all the icons. 4. Seller sign up- this will be a small segment where sellers can sign up for updates and I will be using the same information gathering form i have on my current website: [login to view URL] 5. contact us segment where on one side a contact form and next to it email addresses if they prefer to send an email. Finally i will be using Gleam software to run competitions so i will need to incorporate them into the website as well but i do not know where in the list i will place this section. I belive gleam have a plugin that can be added to the website. All content will be provided by me but i will probabaly add that myself once the design is done. I will need this done in the background as i do not want to take down my current website. Once all the design is done etc then I will need it to be uploaded to make it go live.
