HTML Site with 2 pages, with no backend

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an HTML site that enables efficient data collection (no backend in this phase - just functional HTML pages - to get the look and feel right) - The core objective is collecting data in a systematized form. This data will subsequently be displayed in a table format for easy access and reference. - The form should have fields designed to collect user information. Ideally, the developer chosen for this project would have ample experience working with form design and implementation. - In terms of user inputs, the following options should be included in the form: dropdown menus, radio buttons, checkboxes, and text boxes. This would provide a simple yet effective selection system for information gathering. Your expertise in HTML and form development would be essential for this project. HTML pages - Login page and Dashboard where user enters and views data 2. On selecting the Category, the call should fetch the buy and sell product and price list from backend (for now no backend - just a js function to retrieve the data is good) 3. On clicking 'Clear' button the form should be cleared and an inline message should be displayed (the message should come from a js function) 4. On clicking buttons 'App 1', 'App 2'..., should submit the form with App 1, App 2 as parameters the backend (for now let the form submission can go to a js function - which should return a dummy message to be displayed on the page - success message in green, error messages in red) 5. The pink box below the buttons should fetch content from backend in real-time (it will be websockets later - for now pick the value from a dummy js function) and display the same 6. The Table at the bottom should have 7 columns filled with dummy data col 1 - number col 2 - timestamp col 3 - string col 4 - string col 5 - numeric value col 6 - currency value col 7 - currency value 7. Just above this table need a text display which fetches a value from backend service in real-time (websocket later - for now a js function) Additional needs: 1. The pages should work in firefox and chrome 2. Prefer a corporate blue color theme 3. Work on desktop browser 4. Need a simple logo for the site 5. Name of the site/project - 'atms app' 6. The page should be compatible to work with python & django as backend in the second phase 7. I will happy to hire someone who has knowledge of python and django to continue on to phase 2 of the project 8.
