Update 6 templates and do database migrations for a single page application

I have an existing single page application that I have created some new templates for and needs updating. Part of the upgrade requires a database migration to be done with one new table and adding a single row to another table. See the attached files for the screen-flow where each link should go, the database schema, and the design files. This is an existing application where most of the SCSS has been completed. Most of the work will be creating the html, hooking up the Javascript and writing database migrations for the [login to view URL] backend. As part of this I'd like to implement a migration tool in Sails, preferably [login to view URL] but I'm open to suggestions if you have a better tool. The full tech stack is as follows: * Angular JS 1.4 - single page app front-end * [login to view URL] - NodeJS API backend * Running on Heroku server * PostgresQL database I'll setup a Trello project with all the tickets to be completed for this project so we can track the work from start to finish.
