Website Product Images Restoration

I'm facing a universal issue with my website as none of the product images are visible in certain countries. I am based in the UK and all product pictures display perfectly but do not in at least India and Canada. Because of this Google have suspended my advertising as their policy states my images must be visible globally. I cannot now advertise my business which has huge financial implications for my business. I have spoken to my theme designer and they have no idea what the issue is, I have spoken to Shopify who host my site and they have no idea either. After posting on a Google help page in their community, I finally got some response that MIGHT make sense :-) It means nothing to me but might to somebody on here. I have pasted their reply below: first, you're welcome and thank you for posting the example urls. there look to be no visible rendered image on those item-offer landing-pages: e.g. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]:https://careppe.co.uk/products/supertex-sms-disposable-coverall-55g-m2&hl=en&gl=us landing-pages must show an image of the exact offer being sold and shipped -- to all users, within all locations, everyplace, and anyplace in the world. those landing-pages seem to have images within client-side-scripts/javascript; that is generally not supported -- image url should be within server-side data. also, each item-offer must also be submitted with its image_link url that displays the exact item-offer being sold and shipped; e.g. [login to view URL] the submitted image should match the displayed, visible, landing-page image. the best likely course is to contact the web-developer, or shopify-support directly, to help determine how to move the images within the html details -- so as not to be dependent on any client-side-scripts/javascript, in any way, whatsoever; or some similar html-based, server-side, solution. the fix should be done within the entire website, for all product pages -- not only for the random example pages, that have been currently flagged. testing the fixes should be via google's tools and cache -- generally, do not ask for a review until google's cache has been fully updated with the tested changes/fixes. otherwise, without such changes, issues will likely continue to be flagged, over and over and over and over again -- during the random policy-checks, from anyplace in the world, with respect to a random subset of item-offers, that are randomly checked, at random times, to help determine if a merchant is still in compliance, with all merchant-center rules and policies. It's essential for this project's success to have: - Proficiency in HTML and possibly server-side database or Content Delivery Network (CDN). - Experience in web debugging and image retrieval. - Ability to diagnose and resolve the problem irrespective of the image storage technique used. Your responsibility will include: - Identifying the root cause for images not being displayed. - Restoring visibility of all product images on every page of the website. - Ensuring future stability and accessibility of these images.
