Hi there! I've been working with Android and IOS applications for around 1.5 years and I'm sure that I can build this duolingo clone. Having worked with some amazing UX designers all this time, I believe I've gained a good notion of pixel perfect designs too. So the app is definitely going to look great and will have a pretty good UX too. Moreover, I understand your constraints regarding code and frameworks and I can work accordingly.
