Someone who can replicate the art style from the anime film Redline.

I am looking for an artist who can replicate the visual style of the anime film Redline. I want to commission a piece that I can then print for a wall canvas for my apartment (and probably use as a computer monitor background, too). My grand vision is for this piece to be about 50" wide and 25"-30" tall. As for the subject matter, my idea is fairly complex so I'll spare the details here. It will contain the two protagonists racing in their car, but there's a lot more to it than that. You'll probably need to watch the movie so what I describe actually makes sense.
