If not too much trouble I would recommend sending a few details about the book and characters so I can work on a sample page. The turnaround will be 24h and this way you can be sure that the final result meets you expectations. The Gruffalo is such a charming book! Although nothing in my portfolio is quite that style, I would love to work on a project that's more whimsical, with those softer colors. Children's books can be very expensive (and they should be, with so much talent in artists like Axel Scheffler.) However, I am very excited about working in children's illustration and it's very cool that you're thinking of getting your friends book illustrated. I am happy to take on this project for my bid amount, even though it falls a little outside of the range you proposed it would allow me to spend enough time on each page to really polish it. If it ends up being eight pages instead of ten, then they will just look that much better. See my portfolio for my skill level. Oh, and I can give you the files in a format good for physical and electronic editions. :)

En mi porfolio podrá ver ejemplos de mi trabajo anterior, además tengo la capacidad de adaptarme a sus necesidades. En mis diseños combino dibujos realizados a mano con lápiz, tinta y acuarelas con técnicas digitales en Photoshop e Ilustrator. El resultado de los diseños es muy original No me gusta trabajar todo en la computadora porque los diseños, me parece que se vuelven fríos y pierden la personalidad del autor. Saludos!!!!
