Business Analysis, Developer Urgent needed

The main role for the selected bidder is you need to sell your services and we are a delivery team. and you need to interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/ processes through meetings and discussions. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Provide overall business analysis support. Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Programs project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Assist and advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. Desired Skills & Experience: - Must more than 1 Year of experience. - Excellent english verbal and written communication skills. - Strong business analysis skills to a recognised method. - Client facing web user interaction design and usability. - A good understanding of the IT development lifecycle, including familiarity with project management concepts. - E-commerce/internet systems and demonstrable efforts to keep up with internet developments. - Documenting functional requirements to a detailed level. - Demonstrable competence in IT in software development and/ or packaged implementation environments. - Documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Terms: Below are the terms and conditions for this job which are committed and accepted by you: 1.) We decided you work with us as Project commission based which is 10% of total project amount. i.e Total Amount of project is 4000 USD then we give you 400 USD which is 10% and also paid will be release to you once we got payment from client. 2.) You will be take projects from UAE, UK, USA and any other countries. 3.) You will be updates and progress to us on daily or weekly basis. 4.) You will be do this job 100% as your professionally committed. 5.) You must understand client project requirements and make wire frame etc for our development team if it required. 6.) You always middle person between client and development team. 7.) You will be do this job 100% as per professional commitment, with using the general company based name, email id or other details provided by our company. 8.)
