First page in google.com at least top 5

I would like to get my site to be in the first page in [login to view URL] (at least on the top 5). Only 4 keywords, all of them must reach to the top 5, no black hat, no link farms and no any other kind of things that only causing negative effect on the site. I will pay 120$ per keyword only after the keywords will reach to the top 5 results in google.com. deadline to finish the project will be 3 months, if after the 3 months result not reached project will cancel (if the result is almost reached to the require top 5 position extra time will be giving with reducing of the payment of 10% per each extra week). I will expect to receive a weekly report on the process of the project such as ranking position, site that links been added to and any other details you can supply). Please don't apply to this post if you not 100% sure that you can get me the result's I want, I don't want to waste this 3 months on unprofessional work. If project will be finish on time and with success, more keywords will add for future projects.
