5000 US & European Facebook fans

Hi, I need 5000 fans from the US and EUROPE for a music related Facebook page. (Budget: $50) **** If you have a music related group/fan page whose most members/fans are from the US or Europe, you will be given preference to take the project **** The Requirements: - We are only interested in acquiring REAL accounts for people who love MUSIC and who are living in the US or EUROPE ( We aren't interested in people from other regions in the world ). We have zero-tolerance policy regarding spam or fake accounts. (So, please no BOTS, no FARMVILLE or MAFIA WARS ..etc accounts.) -We're after ACTIVE Facebook users. Fans must have at least 50 friends on their account and show signs of activity on their wall like status updates, adding new friends, commenting on other groups/pages over the past 30 days. -Please note that we aren't interested in distasteful profiles ( Pornographic, hate, racism, crime ...etc ) as fans for our page. -We're expecting that the service provider will ONLY employ good practices to get the fans. The page should not be suspended/deleted due to his/her promotion actions. Should this happen, the project will be terminated and the service provider will not get paid. (So, please no BLACKHAT, AUTOMATED PROGRAMS OR ROGUE Methods to collect fans ) -We're looking for a slow and steady approach to collecting fans. We estimate that this project will be completed successfully in 10 days. IMPORTANT: DON'T get the page or the admin account deleted/suspended because of your activity. -Please note that you will not be giving access to the account administering the page and we will not add you as an admin either. You have to work on the project from your accounts. -This is a private project and therefore you CAN'T add it to your portfolio or use it as a reference for future or potential clients. -You will be paid 10 days after you are done just to see that fans are real and not disappearing. This means that the number of fans should not fall below ( 5000 plus the initial number of current fans ) during that period and in case that occurs, you must replace the ex fans with new ones. If you understand and agree to the above conditions, please bid and show me references and examples of previous work that you have taken to enhance your chances of winning the project. IMPORTANT: This is the first project in a series of others and will be followed immediately by a similar project on Twitter and YouTube. If you do a good job here and have the the right skills and expertise to take those projects, then they will be yours.
