Represent my brand online

I require someone that can represent my brand online. Start social media campaigns, do research around my topic, create new content and engage with clients as my brand. I had link building and online marketing done before with the freelancer did everything with his personal account and that negatively affected my ranking. I need someone that will represent my brand in everything they do for me. I want to work with someone on a monthly base who can grow with my company needs as the website grows.
