Set up an Etsy Shop -- 2

Hello, my name is Dave.I am from Calgary Alberta.I am looking for someone to set up my new Etsy Shop.I need everything from banner page to listings to shop policies. I tried with one listing but I don,t think it is very good. My shop is called RealLinoleumArt. The listing description is far too long. I think my listing is probably too expensive for a new shop. I can reduce it. Its been up 4 days with no views. I dont have any idea of SEO etc. I want my shop to stand out. It sounds like Etsy marketing at an additional 15% might be worth it. I use linoleum flooring for my projects. I think I am the only one who does this. The colours are gorgeous, so the pictures need to show this. Also it might be confusing to a lot of people. Some people see pictures and think its painted. From what I have seen online of other art forms, my work is on the higher end of skill and quality. 35 years of experience as a commercial floor layer ,handling linoleum on a regular basis can not be copied. The pictures I have uploaded are just to give you an idea of what I do. I could have as many as 12 listings if the colour options are separate. To give you an idea, The forest and stars picture takes 22 hours and costs me $90.00 for materials + shipping. The ladybug takes 5 hours + $20.00 + shipping. I plan on adding new projects on a regular basis. Hope this helps to get started. Thank you
