Customize Liferay portal What we want to have is a custom Liferay portal using the basic functionality of Liferay. The portal has to be structured similar to an HR management tool, we will use it to permit users to manage people (assisted beneficiary) that they personally assist (from 1 to n beneficiaries). In particular, we need: - Admin side: - Create and manage users with custom fields - Insert communications (text/html) visible for all the users - User side: - Dashboard with a summary of all beneficiary informations; - Manage (CRUD operations) profiles for their assisted beneficiary with fixed and custom fields; - Files management (CRUD operations); - Calendar with possibility to assign single events to assisted beneficiary and event alerts; - To do list with labels, checks, date and possibility to assign single “to do” to assisted beneficiary; - Simple accounting system (for each assisted beneficiary) with the possibility to insert income and expenditure (with fixed and custom fields). A report of account situation that every user can export in excel/pdf format for each assisted beneficiary. Note: every user must see only their own informations and the informations about their assisted beneficiary. Each user must be invisible for the others.
